- 1 liter of Water
- 175 g Sugar
- 4 Lemons
- 1 Oranges
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or bowl, combine water and sugar.
- In a seperate bowl zest from 1 orange and 1 lemon
- Add the juice from all the citrus with the zest.
- Strain the citrus through a mesh sieve to catch seeds, pulp, and zest.
- Combine the strained citrus with the water and stir well

- Halve the amount of water
- After the final step, add in half a liter of mineral water with gas – like San Pellegrino
